摘要
目的:探讨改良OTD联合微格教学法对护生理论知识、操作技能、人文关怀能力的影响。方法:选取2020年7月至2021年8月在我院实习的护理实习生200人,2020年7月—12月为对照组,采取传统教学法。2021年3月—8月为实验组,采用改良OTD联合微格教学法,每组100人。护生出科理论与操作考核采用我院自制评价标准表,实习前后采用《人文关怀能力测量表》评价人文关怀能力。结果:实习结束后,研究组护生理论知识、操作技能、人文关怀能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组护生实习后人文关怀能力较实习前有所下降。结论:改良OTD联合微格教学模式能有效提高护生理论知识水平、操作技能,可维持并强化其人文关怀能力。
Objective:To investigate the effect of improved OTD combined with micro-grid teaching method on the theoretical knowledge,operational skills and humanistic care ability of nursing students.Methods:A total of 200 nursing interns who interned in our hospital from July 2020 to August 2021 were selected and the control group was selected from July to December 2020,and traditional teaching methods were adopted.From March to August 2021,the experimental group adopted the modified OTD combined microgrid teaching method.100 people per group.The theory and operation assessment of nursing students adopts the self-made evaluation standard table of our hospital,and the"Humanistic Care Ability Measurement Form"is used to evaluate the humanistic care ability before and after the internship.Results:After the internship,the scores of theoretical knowledge,operational skills and humanistic care ability of nursing students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the humanistic care ability of nursing students in the control group decreased compared with before internship.Conclusion:The improvement of OTD combined with micro-grid teaching mode can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nursing students,and can maintain and strengthen their humanistic care ability.
