摘要
当前城市轨道交通车辆的车端跳接布线方式繁多,通过归纳分析,可分为焊接式分线盒方式和安装式车端箱布线方式。焊接式分线盒方式受结构限制,可操作性差,跳接线缆长度的验证无法在车辆编组前进行。针对这一问题,论文提出使用安装式车端箱布线方式,实现车端跳接布线的可装配化,弥补了焊接式分线盒方式可操行性差的缺陷,使得跳接线缆长度的验证能在车辆编组前进行,有效提高了车辆的生产周期。
There are many ways to jumper the wiring at the end of the current urban rail vehicles,and by summarizing and analyzing them,they can be divided into the welded splitter box way and the installed car-end box wiring way.Welded splitter box method is restricted by the structure,poor operability,and verification of the length of the jumper cable can not be carried out before the vehicle grouping.In response to this problem,the thesis proposes the use of mounted car-end box wiring method to realize the assemblability of car-end jumper wiring,which makes up for the poor operability of the welded tap box method and enables the verification of the jumper cable length to be carried out before vehicle formation,effectively improving the vehicle production cycle.
