摘要
“双高计划”背景下高水平专业化产教融合实训基地建设是培养高技能人才的重要方法。本文分析当前高职院校实训基地的现状与问题,总结高水平专业化产教融合的意义,针对建设滞后、产教融合深度不够、教学资源缺乏等问题,以机电一体化专业为例,提出构建“1+X”课程体系,建设实训基地师资队伍,升级校内实训基地,创建校外实训基地和完善实训基地管理制度,提高人才培养质量。
Under the background of"Double High Plan",the construction of high-level professional industry education integration training base is an important method to cultivate high-tech talents.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the practical training base of higher vocational colleges,summarizes the significance of high-level professional industry education integration,aiming at the problems of lagging construction,insufficient depth of integration of industry and education,and lack of teaching resources,taking mechatronics as an example,It is proposed to construct"1+X"curriculum system,construct the teaching staff of the training base,upgrade the training base in school,establish the training base outside school and perfect the management system of the training base,so as to improve the quality of talent training.
