摘要
仪器分析课程是我校乃至全国各高校食品科学工程和质量安全专业一门基础专业课程。该课程通过基础理论知识的学习,使学生了解和掌握不同分析仪器抽象的理论。同时,实验课程基于理论教学内容,通过实践对基础理论加深认识,培养学生的创造力。本文拟创建一种“课堂实训+网络多媒体+虚拟仿真”三维一体课程教学和实验教学体系,充分整合本校现有的网络平台及虚拟仿真实验平台,结合实际操作讲解,达到提高仪器分析教学质量的目的。
theories of different analytical instruments through the study of basic theoretical knowledge.At the same time,the experimental courses are based on the theoretical teaching content,deepen the understanding of basic theories through practice,and cultivate students'creativity.This paper intends to create a three-dimensional integrated course teaching and experimental teaching system of"classroom training+network multimedia+virtual simulation",fully integrating the existing network platform and virtual simulation experiment platform of the school,combined with the actual operation explanation,to improve the teaching quality of instrument analysis purpose.
