超声引导下肌间沟臂丛阻滞在肩部手术中的应用

目的探究超声引导下肌间沟臂丛阻滞在肩部手术中的应用价值。方法选择2021年1—10月期间在宁都县中医院接受肩部手术的患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为2组。2组患者手术麻醉均采用局部麻醉,对照组30例采用传统解剖定位下肌间沟臂丛阻滞方案,试验组30例采用超声引导下肌间沟臂丛阻滞。比较2组麻醉操作及起效时间、麻醉效果、不良反应。结果试验组麻醉操作用时短于对照组,感觉阻滞时间短于对照组,运动阻滞时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组麻醉效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组麻醉不良反应发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下肌间沟臂丛阻滞在肩部手术中应用价值高,可以提高麻醉效果,减少并发症。

Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound-guided intermuscular sulcus brachial plexus block in shoulder surgery.Methods60 patients who underwent shoulder surgery in our hospital from January to October 2021 were selected as the research object.Local anesthesia was used in both groups.30 cases were treated with intermuscular sulcus brachial plexus block under traditional anatomical positioning as the control group,and 30 cases were treated with intermuscular sulcus brachial plexus block under ultrasound guidance as the experimental group.The average time of anesthesia operation,sensory block and motor block were compared.At the same time,the anesthetic effect was compared.The incidence of adverse anesthetic reactions was compared.Results The average time of anesthesia operation,sensory block and motor block in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The anesthetic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse anesthetic reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided intermuscular sulcus brachial plexus block has high application value in shoulder surgery.It can improve the anesthetic effect,reduce complications and save medical expenses.It should be popularized.
