过敏原检测及脱敏结合三联疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床研究

Clinical study of allergen detection and desensitization combined with triple therapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria

目的探讨变应原检测及特异性脱敏治疗联合四联疗法对慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将如皋益寿皮肤门诊部2019年8月—2021年7月间收治的512例慢性荨麻疹患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,对照组256例接受变应原检测与特异性脱敏治疗,研究组256例在对照组基础上结合三联疗法(复方甘草酸苷及维生素C静脉滴注+自血疗法+卡介菌多糖核酸肌注)治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后血清总IgE水平、临床疗效、药物不良反应。结果治疗后,2组IgE水平均明显降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组药物不良反应率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论变应原检测及特异性脱敏治疗结合三联疗法可有效降低慢性荨麻疹患者血清IgE水平,提高临床治愈率,且不会增加药物不良反应。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of allergen detection and specific desensitization therapy combined with quadruple therapy on chronic urticaria.Methods A total of 512 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to our outpatient department from August 2019 to July 2021 were divided into a control group and a research group according to the random number table method.256 patients in the control group received allergen detection and specificity For desensitization treatment,256 patients in the study group were treated with triple therapy(intravenous infusion of compound glycyrrhizin and vitamin C+autohemotherapy+intramuscular injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid)on the basis of the same treatment as the control group.The treatment of the two groups was compared.Serum total IgE levels,clinical efficacy,and adverse drug reactions before and after.Results After treatment,the levels of IgE in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the level of IgE in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the comparison of adverse drug reactions between the two groups No statistical difference(P>0.05).ConclusionnAllergen detection and specific desensitization therapy combined with triple therapy can effectively reduce serum IgE levels in patients with chronic urticaria,and significantly improve the clinical cure rate without increasing adverse drug reactions.
