母乳强化剂联合母乳喂养对促进早产儿生长发育的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of breast milk fortifier combined with breastfeeding on promoting the growth and development of premature infants

目的分析母乳强化剂联合母乳喂养对促进早产儿生长发育的效果。方法抽取2018年6月—2021年5月道真自治县人民医院收治的40例早产儿,根据喂养方式的不同进行分组,全母乳喂养(20例)纳入对照组,母乳强化剂联合母乳喂养(20例)纳入研究组。比较2组体重、身高、头围增长速率,尿素氮、血清前白蛋白(PA)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平,并发症发生率。结果2组出生后第1周、出生后第2周的上述各项指标均无统计学差异(P>0.05);出生1个月后,研究组早产儿的体重增长速率、身高增长速率、头围增长速率,尿素氮及PA、ALB、ALP水平均比对照组更高(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论母乳强化剂联合母乳喂养可有效促进早产儿生长发育,并减少并发症发生。

Objective To analyze the effect of breast milk fortifier combined with breastfeeding on promoting the growth and development of premature infants.Methods 40 premature infants were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2021,and they were divided into groups according to their different feeding methods.Exclusive breastfeeding(20 cases)was included in the control group,and breast milk fortifier combined with breastfeeding(20 cases)was included in the study group.Compare weight,height,head circumference growth rate,urea nitrogen,serum prealbumin(PA),serum albumin(ALB),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)levels,and the incidence of complications.Results There was no statistical difference in the above indicators between the two groups in the first week of birth and the second week after birth(P>0.05).One month later,the weight growth rate,height growth rate,head circumference growth rate,urea nitrogen,PA,ALB,and ALP levels of premature infants in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusioBnreast milk fortifier combined with breastfeeding can effectively promote the growth and development of premature infants and reduce the occurrence of complications.
