肾嗜酸细胞瘤的临床及影像学征象分析

目的探讨肾嗜酸细胞瘤的临床及影像学特点,提高对该病的术前诊断准确性。方法回顾性分析10例经手术病理证实的肾嗜酸细胞瘤(RO)的临床及影像资料,并复习相关文献,总结该病的临床特征和影像学表现。结果10例单发RO,CT平扫肿瘤呈等或稍低密度,增强扫描皮质期肿瘤实性成分明显强化,7例病灶实质期呈持续性强化;4例肿瘤中央可见星芒状无强化区;1例肿瘤内部出现“车辐状”强化;2例出现“节段性增强翻转”征象。结论结合临床特征和影像学检查,能有效提高肾嗜酸细胞瘤的诊断准确率,有助于临床决策及预后评估。

Objective To explore the clinical and imaging features of renal oncocytoma and improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis of the disease.Methods The clinical and imaging data of 10 cases of renal oncocytoma(RO)were reviewed to summarize the clinical characteristics and imaging findings.Results All the 10 cases had single lesions with equal or slightly low density on plain computer tomography(CT)scan.The solid components of the tumor were significantly enhanced in cortical phase on enhanced CT scan,and 7 cases showed persistent enhancement in parenchymal phase.In 4 cases,stellate shapes without enhancement was observed in those tumors.One case had"spoke-like"enhancement inside the tumor.Two cases showed segmental enhancement inversion.Conclusion Combining with clinical characteristics and imaging examination can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of renal oncocytoma and help to guide the clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation.
