摘要
目的研究脑发育型静脉畸形(DVAs)引流区域脑实质异常的发生率和具体MRI表现,并分析可能的相关因素。方法对154例经MRI增强扫描或SWI确诊的DVAs患者的影像学资料进行回顾性分析,研究其引流区域脑实质异常的发生率及具体MRI表现,并分析其与患者性别、年龄、发病部位及深度的关系。结果DVAs引流区域脑实质异常的发生率为20.8%(32/154),具体表现为脑白质高信号(11例)、海绵状血管瘤(10例)、微出血(6例)和局部脑萎缩(5例)。有引流区域脑实质异常的DVAs患者年龄大于无引流区域脑实质异常的患者(P<0.05),而两组在患者性别、病变部位及深度上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论DVAs引流区域脑实质异常的发生率为20.8%,且年龄越大发生率越高。
Objective To investigate the incidence and specific magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)manifestations of brain parenchymal abnormalities in the drainage area of brain developmental venous anomalies(DVAs),and to analyze the possible related factors.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the imaging data of 154 patients with DVAs diagnosed by MRI enhanced scanning or SWI,and the incidence of brain parenchymal abnormalities in the drainage area and specific MRI performance were studied,and the relationship between them and the sex,age,location and depth of the patients were analyzed.Results The incidence of cerebral parenchymal abnormalities in the drainage area of DVAs was 20.8%(32/154),which was manifested by brain parenchymal high signal abnormalities(11 cases),cavernous hemangioma(10 cases),microbleed hemorrhage(6 cases)and local brain atrophy(5 cases).Patients with DVAs with brain parenchymal abnormalities in the drainage area were older than those without drainage area parenchyma,with statistical significance(P<0.05),but the two groups showed no statistical differences in patient sex,lesion site,or depth.Conclusion The incidence of brain parenchymal abnormalities in the drainage area of DVAs is 20.8%,and the incidence is higher with the older the age.
