摘要
本文立足于竹笋的行业特点,在产品方案、工艺论证和质量安全控制、厂址选择、厂区总平面图设计、物料衡算、设备选型、车间设计与设备布局和人员组织等方面对年产6 000 t清水笋软罐头项目进行研究和设计。通过技术经济分析得出,该项目具备可行性,具有较高的参考价值。
Based on the industry characteristics of bamboo shoots,this paper studies and designs the project of 6000 tons annual output of soft canned bamboo shoots in production program,process demonstration and quality and safety control,site selection,the factory site layout design,material calculation,equipment selection,workshop design,equipment layout and labor organization,etc.Through technical and economic analysis,it is concluded that the project is feasible and has high reference value.
