超高效液相色谱技术是近些年发展起来的一项新的药物监测技术,其基于小颗粒填料原理,具有灵敏、快速和准确性高等技术优点,目前已经成为药物检测和分析领域中的应用热点。随着该项技术的不断发展和进步,目前已经在兽药残留检测、研发等领域得到广泛的推广和应用。本文对超高效液相色谱技术的特点及其在鸡蛋兽药分析领域的应用进行了分析。

Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography is a new drug monitoring technology developed in recent years.Based on the principle of small particle packing,it has the advantages of sensitivity,fast and high accuracy,and has become a hot application spot in the field of drug detection and analysis.With the continuous development and progress of this technology,it has been widely promoted and applied in the fields of veterinary drug residue detection,research and development.In this paper,the characteristics of ultra high liquid chromatography and its application in the field of egg veterinary drug analysis were analyzed.
