2021年浙江省食用农产品安全监督抽检情况分析

Analysis of Safety Supervision and Sampling Inspection of Edible Agricultural Products in Zhejiang Province in 2021

本文通过对浙江省市场监督管理局2021年公开发布的食用农产品安全监督抽检信息进行梳理汇总,分析浙江省食用农产品质量安全状况和主要风险,以期为食用农产品质量安全监管提供思路,为食用农产品生产经营单位风险防范提供参考。结果表明,浙江省市场监督管理局2021年度共完成6 883批次食用农产品安全抽检,不合格率为3.56%,其中水产品不合格情况最为突出,其次是鲜蛋和生干坚果与籽类食品,3类产品不合格率均高于食用农产品总体情况。按不合格项目类型来看,抽检中发现的问题主要为超剂量使用农兽药、违规使用禁限用农兽药以及重金属污染,未来仍需重点关注食用农产品质量安全风险,进一步加强食用农产品安全监管。

Based on the analysis of the pertinent information about the safety supervision and sampling inspection of edible agricultural products released by Zhejiang provincial market regulatory administration in 2021,this article analyzed the quality and safety status and the main risks of edible agricultural products in Zhejiang province,in order to provide ideas for the safety and quality supervision of edible agricultural products and provide references for production and operation units of edible agricultural products.The results showed that a total of 6883 batches of edible agricultural products were randomly inspected by Zhejiang market regulatory administration in 2021,with an unqualified rate of 3.56%,among which the unqualified aquatic products were the most prominent,followed by fresh eggs,raw nuts and seed food.The unqualified rates of the three types of products were higher than the overall situation of edible agricultural products.According to the category of unqualified items,the main problems found in the sampling inspection were excessive use of pesticides and veterinary drugs,the illegal use of banned and restricted pesticides and veterinary drugs and heavy metal pollution.In the future,we still need to focus on the safety and quality risks of edible agricultural products,and further strengthen the safety supervision of edible agricultural products.
