论幂函数曲线法对发酵乳中蔗-果型低聚果糖的检测

摘要 建立一种发酵乳中蔗-果低聚果糖的检测方法,试样经亚铁氰化钾及乙酸锌沉淀蛋白后离心,再稀释一定倍数后进入高效液相色谱仪用蒸发光散射检测器(Evaporative Light Scattering Detector,ELSD)进行检测,采用幂函数曲线法进行定量。曲线相关系数>0.99,回收率稳定在94.7%~100.3%,相对标准偏差为1.32%~1.99%。此方法检测准确性高,适合发酵乳中蔗-果低聚果糖的测定。 A method for the determination of cane-fruit fructooligosaccharides in fermented milk was established.The sample was centrifuged after precipitated with potassium ferricyanide and zinc acetate,and then diluted to a certain number of times before entering the high performance liquid chromatograph for detection with the evaporative light scattering detector(ELSD),and the power function curve method was used for quantification.The correlation coefficient of the curve is>0.99,the recovery rate is stable at 94.7%~100.3%,and the relative standard deviation is 1.32%~1.99%.This method has high detection accuracy and is suitable for the determination of cane-fruit fructooligosaccharides in fermented milk.
