高效液相色谱非衍生法检测食用油中的黄曲霉毒素B1的含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立检测食用油中黄曲霉毒素B1含量的高效液相色谱非衍生化方法。方法:样品经过提取后,采用免疫亲和柱对样品进行前处理,以高效液相色谱不连接衍生器的方法进行测定。结果:在非衍生化条件下,黄曲霉毒素B1在1.0~50.0 ng·mL^(-1)线性关系良好,线性方程为Y=94 862.08X^(-1)8 268.81,r=0.999 997;黄曲霉毒素B1的方法检测限为0.03 ng·mL^(-1),定量限为0.1 ng·mL^(-1),低、中、高3种不同浓度水平的加样平均回收率分别为98.3%、101.5%、99.4%,精密度、重复性均良好。结论:本方法准确、重复性好,可作为检测食用油中黄曲霉毒素B1含量的参考方法。 Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic non-derivatization method for the determination of aflatoxin B1 in edible oil.Method:After the samples were extracted,the samples were pretreated with an immunoaffinity column and determined by high performance liquid chromatography without attached derivatizer.Result:Under the non-derivatization conditions,the linearity of aflatoxin B1 was good in the concentration range of 1.0~50.0 ng·mL^(-1) with the linear equation of Y=94862.08X^(-1)8268.81,r=0.999997;the method detection limit of aflatoxin B1 was 0.03 ng·mL^(-1) and the limit of quantification was 0.1 ng·mL^(-1),the average recoveries of the spiked samples at three different concentration levels of low,medium and high were 98.3%,101.5%and 99.4%,respectively,with good precision and reproducibility.Conclusion:The method is accurate,reproducible and can be used as a reference method for the determination of aflatoxin B1 in edible oil.
