轨道车辆空调风道结构设计优化及验证

Design optimization and verification of rail vehicle air-conditioning duct structure

摘要 以空调通风系统为研究对象,通过数值计算分析及仿真优化设计方法,得出影响送风均匀性的关键因素,获得了送风均匀性更高的空调风道结构。同时对试制的风道进行了对比试验研究,发现试验结果与仿真结果匹配良好,优化后的空调风道送风均匀性提升明显,保证了项目产品按时交付,为后续设计此类特殊定制车型风道提供了参考。 In this paper,the air conditioning and ventilation system are taken as the research object.Through numerical analysis and simulation optimization design method,the key factors affecting the uniformity of air supply are obtained,and the air conditioning duct structure with higher uniformity of air supply is obtained.At the same time,a comparative test study was carried out on the pilot air duct.It was found that the test results matched well with the simulation results,and the air supply uniformity of the optimized air duct.It was improved significantly,which ensures the timely delivery of the project products,and provides a reference for the subsequent design of this kind of specially customized air duct.
