一种五联平车中梁与凹凸关节组焊工艺研究

摘要 主要介绍了某型五联平车中梁与凹凸关节结构,对其结构特点及工艺流程进行剖析,并对组焊过程中的控制难点进行了分析,找出组焊过程中影响中梁与凹凸关节装配质量的原因,同时制定了相应的解决方案。充分利用现有工艺设备,制定相应的工艺措施,来保证产品组焊质量,且满足凹凸关节承载面平面度不大于1 mm的技术要求。 This paper mainly introduces the structure of the middle beam and concavo-convex joint of a type of five-joint flat car through the analysis of its structural characteristics and process flow.The control difficulties in the process of group welding are analyzed,the reasons affecting the assembly quality of the middle beam and concave joint are found,and the corresponding solutions are formulated.Make full use of existing processequipment and formulate corresponding process measures to ensure thewelding quality of the product group and meet the technical requirements thatthe flatness of the bearing surface of the concave and convex joint is not more than 1 mm.
