论科学向生产力转化的社会条件

On the Social Conditions under Which Science Would Be Shifted to Productivity

邓小平同志关于“科学技术是第一生产力”的思想进一步引起了全党对科技工作的高度重视,科学技术的发展对社会主义现代化建设的关键作用越来越为人们所理解。现在,科技工作的重心是使科学的成果尽快转化为生产力,成为生产力的直接要素。而这一转化所需的各种条件又往往影响和制约着转化过程的状态和速度。本文试从哲学和经济学的角度对科学向生产力转化的社会条件作些探讨。

Among the social factors that affect and constrain the shifting of science to productivity, the conditions of the economy and the superst(?)tuie realm are most important. According to the state of China, it is necessary for the shifting of science to productivity to in prove the circulating conditons, i. e., the technology market; the organizational form, i. e, the development integration of industry, school and institute of science and techonology, as well as the conditions of superstructure realm, i. e. the policies of science and technology and lagislation concerned.
