摘要
该文提出一种基于改进熵权层次法的分布式供能设备预防性维修策略。选取重要度和故障危害度评价指标,将熵权法与层次分析法结合计算各预防性维修评价指标的综合权重,并量化为设备及其部件的重要度与危害度指数;提出基于威布尔分布的预防性维修费用模型,建立考虑重要度、危害度、经济性三大预防性维修指标的优化体系;以基于改进熵权层次法维修决策指标最小为目标提出分布式供能设备预防性维修模型,计算分布式供能设备的最优维修时间间隔。以分布式供能系统各关键设备及风力发电机组部件为例对提出的策略进行数值模拟,结果显示提出的预防性维修策略能较好地反晨映维修对象的故障发生规律并确定出更加科学合理的维修时机和周期。
This work proposes a preventive maintenance model of distributed energy supply equipment based on improved EWM-AHP.The importance and failure hazard evaluation indexes are selected,and the entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process are combined to calculate the comprehensive weight of each preventive maintenance evaluation index,which is quantified as the importance and hazard index of equipment and its components.The preventive maintenance cost model based on Weibull distribution is established to form an optimization system considering three preventive maintenance indexes:importance,harm and economy.Then,taking the maintenance decision index based on improved entropy weight hierarchy method is minimized as a goal,a preventive maintenance model of distributed energy supply equipment based on improved EWM-AHP is proposed to calculate the optimal maintenance interval of distributed energy supply equipment.Taking the key equipment of distributed energy supply system and typical wind turbine components as an example,the results show that the proposed preventive maintenance strategy can better reflect the fault occurrence law of the maintenance object to determine a more scientific and reasonable maintenance time and cycle.
