摘要
为了解决复杂隐伏采空区群露天坑地质环境亟需治理修复与矿山尾矿库逐年容量减小、尾矿排放困难的现实难题,以大冶大红山矿为例,首先对露天坑底隐伏采空群进行综合探测,制定采空区安全治理措施;然后重点围绕露天坑尾砂充填方案和充填体强度参数进行综合论证,提出采用全尾砂胶结充填技术方案,从安全性和经济性角度综合分析,构建了露天坑不同高度范围充填体强度结构模型,为类似矿山开展复杂隐伏空区群露天坑尾矿充填生态治理提供参考。
To solve the difficult problems of open-pit with complex concealed goaf groups in urgent need of treatment and restoration and the decreasing capacity of mine tailings pond year by year,this paper takes Daye Dahongshan mine as an example,firstly conducts comprehensive detection of concealed goaf group at the bottom of the open-pit,and makes clear the safety control measures of the goaf.Then,the comprehensive demonstration was carried out focusing on the open pit tailings filling scheme and the strength parameters of the backfill body,and the whole cemented tailings filling technical scheme was proposed.The paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the safety and economy to construct the strength structure model of the backfill body in different height ranges of the open pit,which provided a reference for similar mines to carry out ecological treatment of the open pit tailings filling in complex concealed goafs.
