摘要
为有效地控制某铁矿二分段充填采场稳定性,提出充填体围岩协同支护机制。在充填采矿法中地下采空区稳定性主要取决于充填体-围岩组合的相互作用机制。为探索围岩与充填体在荷载作用下协同支护作用特征,通过研究不同灰砂比充填体充填采空区过程中与围岩及顶板之间的协同支护的力学特征规律,应用数值模拟方法对不同灰砂比与围岩之间的协同支护作用效果进行深入分析,同时分析矿房开采完成充填后,充填体与顶底柱及围岩的位移量变化、最大拉应力变化以及塑性区变化规律,最终优选出最佳灰砂比,为矿山的安全生产以及降低充填成本提供可靠依据。
To effectively control the stability of a two-stage filling stope in an iron mine,a mechanism of coordinated support of the surrounding rock of the filling body is proposed.In the filling mining method,the stability of underground goaf mainly depends on the interaction mechanism of the combination of the filling body and surrounding rock.By studying the mechanical characteristics and laws of the cooperative support between the filling body with different ash sand ratio and the surrounding rock and the roof during the filling of the goaf,the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the effect of the cooperative support between the filling body with different ash sand ratio and the surrounding rock in depth,and at the same time,the displacement changes,the maximum tensile stress changes and the plastic zone changes of the filling body,the top and bottom pillars and the surrounding rock after the completion of the mining and filling of the mine room are analyzed,Finally,the optimal ash sand ratio is selected,which provides a reliable basis for the safe production of the mine and the reduction of the filling cost.
