Proceeding from the common defects identified in maritime inspection for law enforcement,the paper studies the common patterns of illegal sewage discharge and probes into the realization of the simultaneous monitoring of sewage treatment apparatus and warning for discharge beyond the standard,aiming at enhancing the overall capacity of ship pollution diagnosis and monitoring and providing reference for the enhancement of automation and pollution prevention.
