摘要
以礼河四级电站复建工程安装有4台32.5MW的全伞冲击式水轮发电机组。以该电站的推力头在现场热套,轴线调整时采用修磨卡环的施工工艺为载体进行论述。介绍了水电站推力头现场热套时的主要方法,热套时的控制重点,轴线调整过程中的注意事项,关键控制点等。
Four 32.5MW full-umbrella impact hydro-generator units are installed in Yilihe Fourth Cascade Hydropower Station Reconstruction Project.In this paper,the construction technology of grinding snap ring for field heat jacket and axis adjustment of thrust head of the power plant is discussed.This paper describes the main methods of heat jacketing on site for thrust head of hydropower station,control key points during heat jacketing,precautions during axis adjustment and key control points.
