以礼河四级电站复建工程综合供水系统设计

摘要 以礼河四级水电站复建工程是白鹤滩水电站的移民专项工程,电站复建后总装机4台32.5MW冲击式机组,电站综合供水系统由厂外泉水供水系统、机组技术供水系统、空调冷却供水系统和生活、消防补水系统等多个子系统组成。厂房内没有布置高位水池的条件,泉水供水泵的启停由本电站监控系统根据各子系统的用水量需求综合信号进行自动控制。机组技术供水采用二次循环供水方式,对比自流减压供水可以节约电能,彻底摆脱了一次冷却水体泥沙对机组、主变等用水设备的影响,提高了电站运行的可靠性。 Yilihe Fourth Cascade Hydropower Station Reconstruction Project is a special resettlement project of Baihetan Hydropower Station.After the reconstruction,4 sets of 32.5MW impacting units are installed.The comprehensive water supply system of the hydropower station consists of several sub-systems,such as spring water supply system outside the plant,technical water supply system of units,air-conditioning cooling water supply system,living and fire water supply system.There is no high water pool in the power house.The start-up and stop of spring water supply pump is controlled automatically by the monitoring system of the hydropower plant according to the comprehensive signal of water demand of each subsystem.The technical water supply of the unit adopts the secondary circulation water supply mode,which can save electric energy compared with the selfflow and pressure-reducing water supply.It completely gets rid of the influence of sediment in primary cooling water body on water consumption equipment such as unit and main transformer,and improves the reliability of power plant operation.
