以高质量党建与以礼河四级电站复建工程建设管理融合实践为研究对象,以融入中心抓党建,抓好党建促发展为方向,探索党建工作与中心工作深度融合的有效方式,实现“三突出三引领”。统一职工思想(文化)凝聚智慧、充分发挥参建单位党支部集中力量办大事的制度优势,引领广大建设者弘扬劳动精神、工匠精神,勇担职责使命、汇聚奋进合力,为高质量党建推动工程建设高质量发展提供政治保障。

This paper takes the practice of integration of high-quality Party building and construction management of Yilihe Fourth Cascade Hydropower Station Reconstruction Project as the research object.In the direction of integrating into the central Party building and promoting its development,this paper explores an effective way to deeply integrate the Party building work with the central work and realizes the principle of"three prominent and three leading".It is necessary to unify the thoughts of staff and workers to gather wisdom and give full play to the institutional advantages of Party branches of participating units to concentrate their efforts on major events.At the same time,it will lead the builders to carry forward the spirit of labor and craftsmen,shoulder the responsibility and mission bravely,and gather efforts to provide political guarantee for promoting high-quality development of project construction with high-quality Party building.
