集体土地确权无人机遥感数字影像技术应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 土地确权是土地承包经营者合法财产权益登记的重要环节,而精确数字影像测绘是土地确权工作开展的技术关键。结合凯里市居民建筑密集、通视条件较差、入户测量困难等情况,采用无人机遥感技术对1000 m2集体土地进行低空摄影测量,并制作获得DOM数字正射影像。DOM精度评价结果表明:无人机航空摄影作业效率高、操作灵活且成本低,测量平面中误差为0.24 m,满足集体土地确权精度要求,数据信息准确可靠。 Land confirmation is an important link in the registration of legal property rights and interests of land contract operators.Precise digital image mapping is the technical key to land right determination.Considering the dense residential buildings,poor visibility conditions and difficult household surveying of Kaili City,the unmanned aerial vehicle remote sensing technology is used to carry out low-altitude photogrammetry on 1000m2 collective land,and to produceDigital Orthophoto Map(DOM).The result of DOM accuracy evaluation shows that UAV aerial photography has high efficiency,flexible operation and low cost,and the error in measurement plane is 0.24m,which meets the requirement of collective land right determination accuracy and accurate and reliable data information.
