小黄河花溪治理河段防洪现状及生态治理研究

Research on Current Flood Control Situation and Ecological Control in Huaxi Regulation Section of Xiaohuanghe River

花溪河段治理是补齐小黄河流域防洪短板,改善河水水质,完善贵阳市花溪区封闭生态防洪体系的技术关键。根据生态文明建设现代治水战略要求,结合治理河段防洪现状及防护对象,按20a 1遇标准采取新建拦水堰和河道清淤相结合的生态治理方案。论证结果表明:全河段清淤及拦水堰抬高水位,治理河段防洪标准和行洪能力得到提高的同时,改善了流域水质促进水环境恢复和水生态文明建设。研究成果可为“安全、资源、生态”环境友好型美丽乡村建设中小流域治理提供参考。

The river regulation of Huaxi section is the key technology to supplement the short flood control plate of Xiaohuanghe River and improve the water quality and perfect the closed ecological flood control system in Huaxi District of Guiyang City.According to the requirement of modern water control strategy for ecological civilization construction,combining the current situation of flood control and protection objects of river section,the ecological control scheme combining new water retaining weir and river silt cleaning is adopted according to 20-years return period standard.The argumentation results show that the water level of the whole reach is raised by dredging and water retaining weir,the flood control standard and flood carrying capacity of the control reach are improved,the water quality of the river basin is improved,and the water environment recovery and the construction of water ecological civilization are promoted.The research results can provide reference for small and medium watershed management in beautiful and environmentally friendly countryside construction with safety,resources and ecology.
