摘要
钢结构建筑业发展快速,为助力建筑行业完成碳中和目标,本文提出了钢结构制造加工车间的碳排放计算方法,基于生产工艺过程分析钢结构制造加工过程的碳排放源,从原材料、能源、辅料3个方面建立了车间的碳排放边界模型和碳排放清单。通过实例分析表明:钢结构制造加工的碳排放强度为0.145 tCO_(2)eq/t;电能消耗产生的碳排放占比最高,为42%,其次是焊接、喷漆工艺;单位质量能耗与产能、大型构件占比呈现线性负相关;冬季的单位平均能耗高于平均值的17.36%。
The steel structure construction industry develops rapidly,to help the construction industry to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality,we put forward the carbon emission calculation method of the steel structure manufacturing workshop,analyzed the carbon emission sources based on the production process,and established the carbon emission boundary model and carbon emission list of the workshop from the three aspects of raw materials,energy and auxiliary materials.Through example analysis,it shows that the carbon emission intensity of steel structure is 0.145 tCO_(2)eq/t;the carbon emission from energy consumption is 42%,followed by welding and painting process;the energy consumption per unit quality is inversely associated with production capacity and large components;the average energy per unit consumption in winter is higher than 17.36%.
