摘要
文章聚焦以太阳能能源高效利用为导向的居住建筑设计,研究选取第三届中国国际太阳能十项全能竞赛(Solar Decathlon China)合肥工业大学和法国里尔第一大学联队的参赛作品HUI HOUSE为对象,阐述实现近零能耗住宅的技术路线。文章从建筑主/被动式节能技术及可再生能源最大化利用3个方面进行展开,阐述建筑设计中的各项节能设计策略应用过程中的技术路线,对建筑夏冬两季的室内外温度环境以及光伏发电量实际监测数据分析,验证技术路线实施的可行性。并通过对建筑碳足迹计算,分析HUI HOUSE在减碳方面的社会经济效益,计算结果为HUI HOUSE在建筑全寿命周期内累计贡献947.54 t负碳。
This paper focuses on the design of residential buildings oriented to the efficient use of solar energy,and selects the entry HUI HOUSE of Hefei University of Technology and the University of Lille I United Team in the 3rd China International Solar Decathlon China to elaborate the technical route for achieving near-zero energy housing.This paper starts from three aspects:active/passive energy-saving technology and maximum utilization of renewable energy,expounds the technical route in the application of various energy-saving design strategies in architectural design,analyzes the indoor and outdoor temperature environment of the building in summer and winter and the actual monitoring and data analysis of photovoltaic power generation,and verifies the feasibility of the implementation of the technical route.By calculating the carbon footprint of the building,the socio-economic benefits of HUI HOUSE in carbon reduction were analyzed,and the calculation results showed that HUI HOUSE contributed 947.54 tons of carbon negative in the life cycle of the building.
