摘要
渤海油田大量电泵井受到井下结垢卡堵影响,导致机组频繁出现故障停机。传统防垢片的结构,会降低电潜泵分离器的流道通径,特别是在储层泥质含量较高的油田使用时,会出现油泥堵塞防垢片,造成严重的结垢卡堵。为此,研制了一种新型电潜泵防垢分离器,该设备由电潜泵分离器和量子防垢载体组成,防垢载体为空心圆筒状结构(不会降低流道通径),利用激光技术将超精微震荡波加载到以硅、铝为主要成分的载体上,可以不断的向通过分离器的流体释放超精微震荡波,达到除垢、防垢的目的。现场应用结果表明,该设备作业简便、入井安全、成本低廉,可有效减缓电潜泵结垢卡堵,延长机组运转寿命,为解决结垢卡堵问题,保障电泵井正常生产,提供了一条新的技术途径。
A large number of electric pump wells in Bohai Oilfield are affected by downhole scaling and blockage,resulting in frequent unit failures and shutdowns.However,the structure of the traditional anti-scaling sheet will reduce the passage diameter of the electric submersible pump separator,especially when used in oil fields with high shale content in the reservoir,the sludge will block the anti-scaling sheet,causing more serious blockup.Therefore,a new type of anti-fouling separator for electric submersible pumps has been developed.The equipment is composed of an electric submersible pump separator and a quantum anti-fouling carrier.The anti-fouling carrier is of a hollow cylindrical structure(without reducing the flow path diameter).Using laser technology to load ultra-precision micro-oscillation waves on a carrier with silicon and aluminum as the main components,it can continuously release ultra-precision micro-oscillation waves to the fluid passing through the separator to achieve the purpose of descaling and anti-scaling.Field application results show that the equipment is easy to operate,safe to enter the well,and low in cost.It can effectively slow down the scale and blockage of the electric submersible pump,extend the operating life of the unit,and provide a way to solve the problem of scale and blockage and ensure the normal production of electric pump wells.
