高层住宅景观设计探讨--以无锡中洲·崇安府项目为例

A Discussion into High-rise Residential Landscape Design-Exampled by Wuxi Zhongzhou-Chong'an Mansion Project

土地对于城市是一种稀缺资源。为充分利用土地,城市住宅开发日趋高层化。住宅高度的不断增加,反映出科学技术的进步,同时也体现出人类对高科技、现代化、都市化生活的追求。文章以无锡中洲·崇安府项目为例,从小区景观设计原则出发,从构建立体化的园林景观体系、创设多功能景观空间、利用建筑景观补偿和植物配置补偿、借用外部环境营造开敞空间等方面提出设计策略,为高层住户设计和建设良好的景观环境;并在此基础上,探讨通过景观设计提高高层住宅的舒适性和宜居性的方法。

Land is a scarce resource in cities.In order to make most out of land the urban residential development is tending to build more high-rises.The increased height of residences reflects the progress of science and technology,and also human beings’pursuit of high-tech,modernization and urban life.This paper takes Wuxi Zhongzhou-Chong'an Mansion Project as an example,starts from the principle of landscape design,and proposes a design strategy from the aspects of constructing three-dimensional garden landscape system,creating multi-functional landscape space,and cultivating an open space by borrowing building landscape,plantation allocation and external environment,to design and construct a fine landscape environment for high-rise building residents.On this basis,the method to improve high-rise residential buildings’comfort and livability is discussed in a furthered way.
