盾构隧道下穿地表建筑物的影响分析

摘要 在地铁施工中,盾构法应用非常广泛,盾构法虽然稳定但也会产生地表沉降等问题,地表沉降会对既有建筑物产生影响,对于盾构隧道下穿既有建筑物的工程实例与经验都相对比较少。论文以盾构隧道下穿城市内建筑物为工程实例,通过检测、数值模拟计算等方法,分析研究盾构施工对地表既有建筑物的影响,并根据分析结果提出既有建筑物变形控制指标。 In subway construction,shield tunneling method is very widely,shield method is stable but also can produce the problem such as surface subsidence,ground surface settlement affect both the buildings,the wear of shield tunnel under both the structure of the engineering practice and experience are relatively few,this paper of shield tunnel under wear in the city building for the engineering example,through the testing and numerical simulation method,The influence of shield construction on the existing buildings on the surface is analyzed and the deformation control index of the existing buildings is proposed according to the analysis results.
