一种滚筒式防撞装置在多座框架桥交替顶进中的应用研究

摘要 多座大跨度框架桥在长距离交替顶进过程中,极易因顶力分配控制不当导致框架桥偏移超限,进而发生碰撞,造成结构损坏。通过在相邻框架桥之间安装钢制滚筒,利用滚筒的旋转,能够辅助纠正框架桥的顶进角度,既能实现较好的纠偏效果,又能防止相邻框架桥间的相互碰撞。该装置在北京大礼路下穿京九铁路的三座框架桥交替顶进中得到了成功运用,解决了多座框架桥交替顶进过程中发生碰撞的风险,为多座框架桥之间交替顶进施工提供了新的思路。 During the alternate jacking of several large span rigid frame bridges over long distances,it is very easy for the frame bridges to be deflected beyond their limits due to improper control of the distribution of the jacking force,resulting in collisions and structural damage.By installing steel rollers between adjacent frame bridges,the rotation of the rollers can help correct the jacking angle of the rigid frame bridges,which can not only achieve better correction effect,but also prevent the collision between adjacent frame bridges.The device has been successfully used in the alternate jacking of three rigid frame bridges passing through the Beijing-Kowloon Railway under Dali Road in Beijing.It has successfully solved the risk of collision during the alternate jacking of several rigid frame bridges.Jacking construction provides a new idea.
