摘要
群体心态是透视民国时期浙江大学导师制多重面向的重要视角。从思想观点和行为态度两层面探析校长、训导长、教师和学生的群体心态发现:因国民政府的干预、个体立场的差异和学术共同体力量多种因素的交织,各群体对导师制心态错综复杂。各群体围绕训导长人选的博弈及国民政府干预的权衡,再现了浙大导师制实施过程中的真实图景。浙大导师制实施的历程是中国高等教育早期现代化探索过程的缩影,对理解域外制度在国内落地生长的复杂性颇具启发意义。
Group mentality is an important perspective to see the multiple aspects of tutorial system in Zhejiang University during the Republican Period.This article analyzes the group mentality of principal,dean of discipline,teacher and student from the perspective of ideology and behavior,drawing the conclusion that different groups have different mentality towards tutorial system because of government intervention,different positions and the strength of academic community.Different groups’battle over the selection of dean of discipline and the balance of government intervention reproduce the real picture of tutorial system in Zhejiang University.The entire course,as a microcosm of the early modernization exploration of China’s higher education,is enlightening for understanding the complex aspects of the growth of foreign systems in China.
