摘要
基于国家标准GB/T10485以及主流整车企业实际使用的供货技术规范关于机动车辆外部照明和光信号装置环境耐久性试验要求,有助于指导和进一步推进国产汽车组件质量保证和可靠性试验的技术发展。本文研究了3.5t以下汽车尾灯模块/组件,对于试验的通用要求、车辆使用及安装的概况与参数条件、不同部位灯的工作状态,以及试验过程的准备、参数测试、验证和物理分析等进行了详细说明;给出全部序列试验项目,提供详尽的试验流程图;进一步给出汽车尾灯组件在电气和机械要求方面的关键项目,即:电压下降、瞬时电压骤降和振动试验(温度叠加)的试验设置。最后,总结汽车灯具模块/组件的四大类可靠性试验:电气要求、机械试验、气候试验和化学试验应用情况,对汽车零部件行业发展趋势进行了展望。
Based on the environmental endurance testing requirements of automobile external lighting and optical signal devices in the standard of GB/T 10485 and the supply specifications used by a number of mainstream automobile enterprises,this work is helpful to guide and further promote the technical development of quality assurance and reliability test of domestic automobile components.In this paper,for less than 3.5 tons of automobile taillight module/components,the general requirements of the tests,overview and parameters of vehicle use and installation,functional status of lights in the different parts,and the preparation,parameter testing,verification and physical analysis,are analyzed in detail.All the items of the sequence tests are presented,and furthermore,a detailed test flow chart is provided.Further it provides the key items of vehicle tail-light components,namely,voltage drop,transient undervoltage and vibration test(with temperature)are provided.Finally,it summarizes the application of four categories of reliability tests of automotive lighting modules/components:electrical requirements,mechanical test,climate test and chemical test,and the development trends of automobile components industry are forecast.
