锂电池自然贮存可靠性研究

摘要 在某地无空调库房开展了8个型号锂电池为期84个月的长期贮存试验,研究了贮存失效模式、累积失效样品数变化趋势、贮存寿命表征参数和贮存可靠性。结果表明锂电池的主要贮存失效模式有开压偏低、无电压两种失效模式。ER13-Q、ER12-R、ER28-J、WR34615-P、ER14-Y等5个型号的锂电池贮存寿命是48个月。贮存可靠性最好的是ER48-Z。ER48-Z的贮存寿命超过84个月,能够满足设备长寿命的需求。锂电池的寿命表征参数是负荷电压。从退化率的角度来说,性能最好的是型号为ER12-R的锂电池。在要求放电平稳的场合,应尽量选用型号为ER12-R的锂电池。贮存84个月后,型号为ER48-Z的锂电池的可靠度仍为1,另外还有ER12-R、ER13-Q、WR34-P等3种锂电池的可靠度大于0.9,说明这些锂电池的可靠度都很高。 8 types of lithium battery were stored indoor without air-conditioning in A for 84 months.We studied storage failure mode,the trend of the number of cumulate failure samples,storage life characterization parameters and storage reliability.The results show that the main failure modes of lithium battery are low open voltage and no voltage.Five models,including the ER13-Q,ER12-R,ER28-J,WR34-P,ER14-Y,have a storage life of 48 months.ER48-Z has the best storage reliability.The storage life of ER48-Z is more than 84 months,which can meet the needs of long life of equipment.The storage life characterization parameter of lithium battery is load voltage.From the point of view of degradation rate,the best performance is the model of ER12-R lithium battery,in the case of stable discharge,should try to choose the model of ER12-R lithium battery.After 84 months of storage,the reliability of ER48-Z lithium battery is still 1.In addition,the reliability of ER12-R、ER13-Q、WR34-P is greater than 0.9,indicating that the reliability of these lithium battery is very high.
