三极管放大倍数的测量不确定度评定

摘要 三极管在汽车传感器、控制器电路中应用十分广泛,本文介绍了一项相关的实验室比对活动中的不确定度评定。评定的参数为三极管放大倍数,三极管放大倍数属于温度敏感参数,在进行不确定度评定时需要关注环境因素,开展高低温试验测定温度系数,同时在国内检测实验室中该参数普遍采用了自动化测量系统,该参数由系统间接计算,测量精度无法直接从仪器说明书获得。整体不确定度评定需要采用直接测量模型的A类评定,与温度试验、灵敏系数间接计算的B类评定相结合的方式进行。 Triodes are widely applied to the sensor and controller circuits in the automobile.This paper introduces the uncertainty evaluation in a relational laboratory comparison activity.The parameter to be measured is the triode magnification.The triode magnification is a temperature sensitive parameter.When evaluating the uncertainty,we must pay attention to the environmental factors and carry out temperature tests to determine the temperature coefficient.In another hand,the automatic measurement systems are widely used in domestic testing laboratories.The magnification is calculated indirectly by these systems,and the measurement accuracy cannot be obtained directly from the instrument manual.The class A method of direct measurement model and class B method of indirect calculation using temperature test results and sensitivity coefficient are combined to evaluate the uncertainty of the magnification.
