电力大数据的用户复工复产计划分配模型

摘要 在分配用户复工复产计划时存在效果和性能不理想的现象,为此,基于电力大数据和数量柔性契约,构建了用户复工复产计划分配模型。根据电力大数据中蕴含的企业信息,将复工复产计划通过数量柔性契约原则发送给用户,同时制定约束条件。根据计划分配运行机制的变化性特征提取结果,调整复工复产计划分配机制。在电力大数据的支撑下,得到最优机制,并计算复分配功率,将分配带宽的利用率作为分配是否拥堵的量化指标,建立分配模型,实现了用户复工复产计划的分配。实验结果表明:所提模型的利用率和分配均衡度均具有较好的分配效果,且分配效率和分配性能较高。 There are unsatisfactory results and performance when allocating user resumption of work and production plans.Therefore,based on the electric power big data and quantity flexibility contract,an allocation model for user resumption of work and production plans is constructed.According to the enterprise information contained in the power big data,the resumption of work and production plan is sent to the user through the principle of quantity flexible contract,and the constraint conditions are formulated at the same time.According to the extraction results of the changing characteristics of the plan distribution operation mechanism,the allocation mechanism of resumption of work and production plan is adjusted.With the support of power big data,the optimal mechanism is obtained,and the complex allocation power is calculated.The utilization rate of the allocated bandwidth is used as a quantitative indicator of whether the allocation is congested,and the allocation model is established to realize the allocation of users􀆳resumption of work and production plans.The experimental results show that the proposed model has a good allocation effect in terms of utilization and allocation balance,and has high allocation efficiency and performance.
