圆筒状热交换器的结构设计分析与验证

摘要 现有燃气热水器受传统热交换器的结构限制,外形以长方形居多,形态较为单一。本文设计了一种具有弧形换热片的热交换器,以满足小空间、不同形态的燃烧换热需求,通过仿真分析,找出最优的换热片表面结构布局方案并对其进行做手板实验验证。结果表明:设计有导流孔、阻流板、导流板等结构的弧形换热片可更好地应用于异型热交换器结构,能得到更高的换热效率、更低的烟气排放,也为进一步提升热交换器性能、改变传统换热结构提供了设计参考。 The existing gas water heaters are limited by the structure of traditional heat exchangers. The shape is mostly rectangular and the form is relatively simple. In this paper, a heat exchanger with an arc heat exchanger is designed to meet the combustion heat transfer needs of small spaces and different forms. Through simulation analysis, the optimal surface structure layout scheme of the heat exchanger is found and verified by hand plate experiments. The results show that arc heat exchanger designed with conduction holes, current resistors, guide plates and other structures can be better applied to special-shaped heat exchanger structures, which can obtain higher heat transfer efficiency and lower flue gas emissions, which provides a design reference for further improving the performance of heat exchangers and changing the traditional heat exchange structure.
