摘要
当今社会,墙壁开关行业正在向轻巧化,简约化的方向发展。家装用户逐步趋向于采购更轻薄的开关以提升装修整体的科技感。因此,根据需求出发,对墙壁机械开关轻量化的设计研究有着重要的意义。轻量化设计对墙壁机械开关而言,即意味着要将开关的按压行程减小,开关按键的翻转角度减小。本文首先通过广泛全面的调研,对目前市面上的短键程开关结构类型与实现原理进行了介绍并指出其结构优劣势。也提供出了一些低成本的优化结构方案,方案之间进行对比择优。最后对优化过程中出现的机构原理与力学分析进行理解总结。
In today's society, the wall switch industry is developing in the direction of lightness and simplicity. Also innovated a number of low cost, easy to manufacture, excellent performance of the structure scheme. The design principle and structure optimization are introduced emphatically. Mechanical analysis, finite element analysis, motion simulation and other test methods are used to verify the relevant research results.
