不锈钢圆筒状全预混燃烧器的设计与验证

摘要 在“双碳”政策驱动下,各行业都大力发展绿色节能技术,然而国内燃气采暖热水炉产品也开始进入“全预混时代”。全预混燃烧方式作为燃气采暖热水炉产品迈入“全预混时代”的核心关键技术之一,需要深入研究及提升。本文主要分析全预混冷凝壁挂炉中使用的完全预混式燃烧器的构造及工作原理,涉及一种不锈钢圆筒形全预混燃烧器的设计与实验验证及其设计合理性过程。通过基理论计算,得出全预混燃烧器的火孔尺寸参数及其出口流速和火孔热强度,并通过仿真分析优化结构。通过实验测试研究其运行性能,其烟气排放及氮氧化物排放效果皆符合技术要求,可对全预混燃烧器技术的研究及优化提升提供参考。 Driven by the“Double Carbon”policy,all industries have vigorously developed green energy-saving technology,but domestic gas heating boiler products have also begun to enter into the“Full-premix era”.As one of the key technologies for gas heating bhoiler products to enter into the“Full-premixed era”,full-premixed combustion mode needs to be further studied and improved.This paper mainly analyzes the strueture and working prineiple of full-premixed burner in full-premixed condensing wall hanging boiler,involving the design and experimental verification of a kind of stainless steel cylindrical full premixed burmer and its design rationality process.By combining the basic theoretical calculation,get the size parameters of the fire hole,outlet flow speed and heat intensity of the full-premixed burner,and through the simulation analysis to optimized the structure.Through the experimental test to study its operation and performance,its flue gas emission and nitrogen oxide emission meets the technical requirements,which can provide reference for the research and optimization of fll-premixed burner technology.
