压缩机壳体泄漏分析

摘要 本文通过对用户退回四台漏油压缩机分析,经过在含油和不含油及采用干燥空气和制冷剂两种不同检漏介质条件下检漏对比试验,找到了压缩机泄漏之处及漏检的原因,并提出了工艺改进和防范措施,同时通过电阻焊的理论和原理分析,指出了泄漏的根本原因是焊接强度不足,提出了注意事项。 Through the analysis of four oil leakage compressors returned by users,and through the comparative test of leakage detection under the conditions of oil-containing and oil-free and using two different leakage detection media of dry air and refrigerant,this paper finds out the leakage of the compressor and the causes of leakage detection,and puts forward the process improvement and preventive measures.At the same time,through the analysis of the theory and principle of resistance welding,it points out that the root cause of leakage is the insufficient welding strength,and puts forward the matters needing attention.
