学生数据赋能教师精准测评:问题、突破与发展路向 被引量:1

摘要 教师精准测评是提升教师评价专业化程度的重要工作,而学生数据是基础教育阶段教师测评体系中重要的数据支撑,可持续赋能教师精准测评。基于此,文章首先阐释了教师精准测评的内涵及其与学生数据的关系。随后,文章系统梳理了基础教育阶段学生数据赋能教师精准测评中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出学生数据赋能教师精准测评的创新突破思路。最后,文章从教学理念更新、多主体能力提升、应用工具优化、教研制度创新四个维度提出学生数据赋能教师精准测评的发展路向,以系统提升学生数据在教师测评领域中的价值密度。文章聚焦教师精准测评中的学生数据价值,从理论层面优化教师精准测评的数据支持体系,可有效保障教师专业发展。 Teacher precise assessment is an important work to improve the professional level of teacher assessment,and students’data is an important data support in the teacher assessment system in the basic education stage,which could sustainably enable teacher precise assessment.Based on this,the paper firstly expounded the connotation of teacher precise assessment and its relationship with students’data.Secondly,this paper systematically summarized the existing problems of students’data enabling teacher precise assessment in the basic education stage.Furthermore,innovative breakthrough ideas for students’data enabling teacher precise assessment were proposed in response to these problems.Finally,in order to systematically enhance the value density of students’data in the field of teacher assessment,this paper proposed four development directions of students’data enabling teacher precise assessment,such as updating teaching concept,promoting multi-subjects abilities,optimizing application tools and innovating teaching research system.This paper focused on the students’data value in precise teacher assessment and optimized the data support system precise teacher assessment from the theoretical level,which could effectively guarantee teachers’professional development.
