煤矿井下风积沙箱式充填体侧向约束机理数值研究

摘要 针对新疆荒漠化矿区充填材料问题,提出了风积沙箱式网箱充填技术,并利用PFC3D-FLAC3D软件探究风积沙箱式充填体的侧向约束调控机制.主要研究结论如下:(1)对网箱施加振动荷载,3 s时正方体网箱风积沙压实量是圆柱体网箱的2.78倍;(2)随着网箱尺寸的增加,圆柱体网箱风积沙压实量不断减少,5 cm网箱中风积沙压实量是6cm的12.87倍;(3)随着网箱强度的增加,不同类型网箱中风积沙压实量都在不同程度的减小,振动荷载为3 s时,5 cm圆柱体网箱风积沙压实量减小幅度为30%. In this paper,the aeolian sand-box type filling technology is proposed to solve the problem of filling materials in desertification mining area of Xinjiang,and the lateral constraint control mechanism of aeolian sandbox type filling body is explored by using PFC3D-FLAC3D software.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) When the vibration load is applied to the cage,the aeolian sand compaction of the cube-box type is 2.78 times of the cylinder-box type at 3 s;(2) With the increase of cage size,the wind aeolian sand compaction amount of cylindrical net box is decreasing,and the volume of aeolian sand compaction of 5 cm cage is 12.87 times of 6 cm cage;(3) With the increase of net box strength,the compaction amount of aeolian sand in different types of net boxes is reduced to different degrees,and the reduction of aeolian sand compaction in 5 cm cylinder-box is 30%when the vibration load is 3 s.
