Based on the research of the demand for pharmaceutical personnels in the job market,this study constructed a"double-precision"personnel training system for pharmacy majors in vocational schools.The aim is to cultivate personnels that meet the needs of enterprises and can quickly adapt to job requirements.This not only improves the quality of the school′s education and its social influence but also helps enterprises obtain high-quality personnels,achieving mutual benefit and win-win situations between schools and enterprises.
