情景模拟综合案例结合改良Mini-CEX模式在本科护生临床实习中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨情景模拟综合案例结合改良Mini-CEX模式在本科护生临床实习中的应用效果。方法选取136名本科护理实习生,随机分为对照组和干预组,各68名。对照组采用常规临床带教模式,干预组在对照组基础上采用情景模拟综合案例结合改良Mini-CEX模式。干预6个月后比较两组评判性思维能力、护患沟通能力及人文关怀能力。结果干预组评判性思维能力、护患沟通能力、人文关怀能力均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论情景模拟综合案例结合改良Mini-CEX模式应用于本科护生临床实习效果较好,能提升其岗位胜任力,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation combined with improved Mim-CEX model in clinical internship of undergraduate nursing students.Methods 136 undergraduate nursing interns were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 68 students in each group.The control group adopts a conventional clinical teaching mode,while the intervention group adopts a scenario simulation comprehensive case combined with an improved Mini-CEX mode on the basis of the control group.After 6 months of intervention,the critical thinking ability,nurse patient communication ability,and humanistic care ability of the two groups were compared.Results It showed that the intervention group had better critical thinking ability,nurse patient communication ability,and humanistic care ability than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation comprehensive cases combined with the improved Mini-CEX model in undergraduate nursing students'clinical internships has a excellent effect and can enhance their job competence,which is worth promoting.
