摘要
鉴于MBBS留学生儿科见习面临的问题,构建标准化病人结合教学查房的儿科见习课堂。学评教结果显示,MBBS留学生对该见习模式综合评价较好,对教学方法和教学效果评分亦较高,认为其对培养自学能力、实践操作能力、临床思维能力均有较大帮助。因此,标准化病人结合教学查房是一种能有效提升MBBS留学生儿科临床实践能力的教学模式。
In view of the problems encountered by MBBS international students in pediatric rotation,a pediatric rotation classroom with standardized patients and teaching visits was constructed.The results of the student feedback showed that the MBBS international students gave a good overall evaluation of this rotation model,as well as high scores for the teaching methods and teaching effects.They believed that this rotation model had a significant role in cultivating self-learning ability,practical operation ability,and clinical thinking ability.Therefore,the combination of standardized patients and teaching visits is an effective teaching model that can effectively improve the clinical practical ability of MBBS international students.
