摘要
目的了解不同年级高职护生对死亡教育的认知与需求。方法抽取高职护生986名,采用一般资料调查表和死亡教育认知与需求问卷进行调查。结果7.30%的护生表示对死亡教育非常了解,30.43%的护生表示比较了解,46.45%的护生表示了解一点,15.82%的护生表示不了解。不同年级高职护生对死亡教育开展形式和方法的需求有显著性差异。结论不同年级护生对死亡教育的需求存在较大差异,应结合护生需求,探索切实可行的死亡教育实施方案,针对性地开展多种形式相结合的死亡教育。
Objective Understand the cognition and needs of different grades nursing students in higher vocational education for death education.Methods A total of 986 nursing students in higher vocational education were selected and investgated by using a general information questionnaire and a questionnaire on perception and need for death education.Results 7.3%of them know death education very well,30.43%know death education well,46.45%know a little about death education,while 15.82%does not know the death eduction.There was a significant difference in the need for the form and method of death education among different grades nursing students in higher vocational education(P<0.05).Conclusion The need for death education among different grades nursing students in higher vocational education is significant and there are significant differences in their needs.It is necessary to explore practical and feasible death education implementation plans based on the needs of students and conduct various forms of death education combined with targeted implementation.
