摘要
目的探讨领悟社会支持在本科护生心理弹性与老年歧视之间的中介效应。方法采用便利抽样法,应用一般资料调查表、领悟社会支持量表、心理弹性量表及老年歧视量表对153名本科护生进行调查,并进行中介效应分析。结果本科护生领悟社会支持量表得分与心理弹性量表、老年歧视量表得分均呈正相关关系,心理弹性量表得分与老年歧视量表得分呈正相关关系,领悟社会支持在心理弹性与老年歧视之间起完全中介作用,中介效应占总效应的57.85%。结论高校可通过提高本科护生的领悟社会支持水平,进而提升心理弹性水平,降低老年歧视程度。
Objective To learn the intermediary effect of social support between psychological resilience and geriatric discrimination in undergraduate nursing students.Methods Convenience sampling method,General Data Questionnaire,Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Fraboni Scale of Ageism(FSA)were used to investigate 153 nursing students and analyzed the intermediary effect.Results The positive correlation between PSSS and CD-RISC and FSA,and the Perceived social support played a complete role between psychological resilience and geriatric discrimination,and the intermediary effect accounted for 57.85%of the total effect.Conclusion Colleges and universities can improve the level of social support for undergraduate nursing students,and then improve the level of psychological flexibility and reduce the level of geriatric discrimination.
