高等体育院校学生就业中政府职能的调适与完善

Adjustment and Improvement of Government Functions in Employment of Graduate Students from Sports Universities

大学生就业是政府工作的重要着眼点。高等体育院校的学生就业关系到体育强国和健康中国建设,关系到社会主义现代化强国的实现。通过对新中国成立后不同时期大学生就业中政府职能演进的梳理,分析了当前政府在高等体育院校学生就业工作中存在的战略意义认识不全面,职能定位偏差、履职目标与国家导向存在错位等问题,在此基础上对高等体育院校学生就业中政府职能的调适与完善给出了建议,即各级体育行政部门和相关单位组织的广泛参与,做好群众体育和青少年体育发展工作,及时发布就业情况真实提供就业数据,统筹政策的制定和发布形成合力,转变职能发挥体育产业带动就业的作用,引导毕业生树立正确的职业观,着力消除就业歧视等等,以期为高等体育院校学生实现高质量就业提供参考。

The employment of the college students is an important part of the government,which is related to the building of healthy China and building China into a leading sporting nation,to the realization of the socialist modernization of China.The showed that evolution of government functions at different periods after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,there were problems such as lack of strategic planning,positioning of the government functions,a match between the goals and the orientation.Therefore,countermeasures involved more extensive participation of the sports administrative departments and relevant units,doing a good job in the development of fitness for all and sports for the youth,issuing timely employment data,formulating the coordinated policies,transforming the government functions,guiding the students to have correct employment concept,eliminating employment discrimination etc.
