Study on the Application Mode of Modern Apprenticeship in Nursing Vocational Education

以现代学徒制与护理职业教育为研究对象,重点阐述现代学徒制的内涵和政策以及现代学徒制在护理职业教育中的应用意义,并对现代学徒制在护理职业教育中的应用模式进行探究,希望以此推动现代学徒制的创新应用,为我国医疗护理事业培养出高水平、高素质的技术型护理人才,进一步推动我国医疗护理事业的快速发展。

Taking modern apprenticeship and nursing vocational education as the research objects,this paper focuses on the connotation and policies of modern apprenticeship,the application significance of modern apprenticeship in nursing vocational education,and explores the application mode of modern apprenticeship in nursing vocational education.It is hoped that this study can promote the innovative application of modern apprenticeship,and cultivate high-level and high-quality technical nursing professionals to further promote the rapid development of China's medical nursing industry.
